This program journeys through the 20th century with a melange of music that speaks to all of us. We start with the fresh neo-classicism of Stravinsky with his tuneful Suite italienne – always an audience favourite! – and then Francois Houle and Jane Hayes will perform Histoire du Tango they recently recorded on their duo album.  We bring it all together with a rare performance of Schoenfield’s fabulous work for Clarinet Trio which borrows from just about every geographical, historical and cultural area you can imagine!
