DOROTHEE MIELDS, SOPRANO

One of the foremost 17th and 18th C. specialists known, among other things, for her wonderful Bach collaborations with Phillipe Herreweghe and the Collegium Vocale Ghent.  She has a strong interpretative sense and a beautifully luminous voice full of tender expressiveness.  I find her singing magnetic.  Handel’s ‘Nine German Songs’ should be a special treat for us.
