JACK QUARTET 

On their return visit to Vancouver, the explosive Jack Quartet offer Canadian premieres of Canadian composer Taylor Brook’s El jardin de seneros que se bifurcan, Georg Friedrich Haas’ String Quartet no. 8, and Horațiu Rădulescu’s String Quartet no. 5 “Before the universe was born.”  For those who fell in love with the explorations of the Kronos and Arditti Quartets in years past, the New York-based Jack Quartet is certainly on the road to replacing them.
